Ryan Anderson has options when it comes to 's upcoming child. claimed her new boyfriend, Ken Urker, was the father of her child, but that hasn't stopped the given their relationship timeline. Regardless, it's likely that Ryan's name will end up on the birth certificate due to a Louisiana law.

Tre Lovell of explained to The Mirror, "In Louisiana, the husband of a pregnant wife is presumed to be the father and must be on the birth certificate." Ryan and Gypsy's divorce still hasn't finalized, despite her new relationship. When the child is born, the state will default to Ryan's name on the paperwork as a result.

Luckily, there are a few ways that Ryan can get out of this parental nightmare. According to Tre, "he can file a disavowal action and establish through a paternity test that he is not the father." If the test proves that he isn't the dad, then he'll be cleared of any legal duties.

Even easier, Tre said that a rapid divorce can also bring an end to the issue, especially if she goes on to marry Ken right after. "She can bring a contestation action to prove her ex husband is not the father, and that Ken is the actual father," Tre said. Mediation can solve the problem, too.

If Gypsy, Ryan, and Ken enter into a “Three Party Acknowledgement of Paternity" they'll be able to peacefully sort it out. That's assuming Ken can prove he's the biological father. This is all very important if Ryan doesn't want to end up with legal responsibility of Gypsy's kid in the future.
