This Morning host Rochelle Humes was left slightly red-faced on Monday morning when speaking about the latest headlines on the ITV show. During a discussion, surrounding bosses calling employees outside of working hours, one of the guests was giving her thoughts on a particular topic when she was distracted by the 35-year-old. Ashley James started to talk about the importance of a work life balance when Rochelle was caught off-guard by an impending health issue – but her co-star Joel Dommett assumed something else entirely.
Ashley said: “I think what Labour are trying to improve is that work-life balance and actually when you look at lots of other countries and how they do things. I think Denmark and Holland are two of the leading countries for having that work-life balance.” The guest told the presenters that her sister lived in Holland last year and it was normal for people to finish work at a reasonable hour.
Ashley added: “There is that real sense of when your children finish school, it’s then family time and that time is very respected and they’re actually a more productive nation-.” However, she realised something wasn’t quite right. By the way, Rochelle was looking at her and asking, “Are you going to sneeze?” Laughing, the host said: “Sorry I’m just holding a sneeze in!” Joking that Rochelle looked as though she was reacting to something dramatic, the 35-year-old told the guests the moment had passed.
She commented: “I held it in, sorry, I�.
