This Morning (Image: ITV) A star of This Morning was rushed to hospital after experiencing severe back pain. TV vet Scott Miller shared a video from his hospital bed after spending the night in A&E. Scott, originally from Australia, looked visibly drained as he issued a health update with his followers, revealing he is unable to stand up at the moment.

Scott told his followers: "I'm having a bit of a tough time. I've really really injured my back and can't stand up at the moment." Dr Scott explained he spent the night in A&E but was moved to St Peter's Hospital to get an MRI scan.

The ITV star touched upon the recent demonstrations organised by far-right groups which descended into riots in UK towns and cities. There was unrest in Liverpool, Bristol, Manchester, Hull, Stoke-on-Trent, Blackpool and Belfast, with immigrants targeted in the attacks. Dr Scott explained that those caring for him in the hospital "have accents just like him".

He said: "95 percent of the people here, who have treated me so well, all have accents like me and have all done an amazing job. "If it wasn't for the, this place wouldn't run." In the caption, he added: "The staff have been amazing, so attentive and kind as I received pain medication, examinations and soon an MRI for the worst back pain I’ve ever experienced in my life.

" This is not a pity party or a sympathy request, rather a grateful post for the kindness and humanity I’ve witnessed and experienced since my admission to hospital." This i.
