'This Morning' enthusiasts got a surprise as presenter Sian Welby introduced her daughter Ruby to viewers during the Bank Holiday show. Sian, who shares her new arrival with partner Jake Beckett, had previously revealed Ruby's entrance into the world with Instagram pictures showcasing the tot in a personalized jumper. She also posted intimate moments of herself and Beckett sweetly holding baby Ruby with the heartfelt words, "Our little Ruby.
" As she kickstarted Monday's programme, Sian humorously remarked that without hosting duties, she'd likely be strolling around the park with her bundle of joy instead of lounging in bed. Co-host Craig Doyle expressed his adoration for Ruby, while cameras caught proud dad Jake Beckett cradling her. Later on, guest Gyles Brandreth gushed about how "lovely it was to see the baby" and complimented Sian's beauty.
Craig had earlier announced Ruby's presence, saying: "You have brought along a very special guest. The newest, tiniest, cutest member of the This Morning family. The nation curls up with the cuteness.
" Sian responded: "Little Ruby, it's so sweet to have her with me today because I was quite nervous about leaving her."
