Alice Beer and Sharon Marshall couldn't resist joining in after witnessing TV chef Phil Vickery whip up a culinary delight in the kitchen alongside presenters Josie Gibson and Craig Doyle. The pair, not content with waiting for second helpings, stormed the ITV set to claim their sweet rewards without prior notice.
"They [the producers] said go in and get it out," Alice clarified, as Irish host Craig was determined not to let her abscond with Phil's Millie Feuille masterpiece. In hot pursuit of Alice, the consumer expert who had dashed off with the dessert, Craig offered her a bowl of whipped cream as a consolation. "Here, take the cream," he urged.
