The AG’s of Kansas, Missouri, and Idaho are suing the FDA on the grounds that the states have a compelling interest in having teen moms is being harmed by the FDA. The argument is that the percentage of teen pregnancies didn’t go up the amount expected after Roe vs Wade was overturned.
