Helmed by VK Prakash and produced by Shashi Satish Kaushik, Ratan Jain, and Ganesh Jain, the film is a joint production of Satish Kaushik Entertainment LLP & Venus Worldwide Entertainment Pvt Ltd. Apart from late Satish Kaushik, Kaagaz 2 features a stellar cast, including Anupam Kher, Darshan Kumaar and Neena Gupta. It is a remake of Prakash’s V.
