That’s because not only did the celebrated film director work alongside Buenos Aires hotelier and Faena founder, Alan Faena, to design the five-star property, but Faena tapped a series of other worldly and exuberant creatives to bring his one-of-a-kind vision for a beachfront hotel to life. One of those creatives was Ximena Caminos, an Argentina-born entrepreneur who served as the former creative director and partner at Faena Group and the founder of Faena Art.

Now, nearly a decade after Faena Miami Beach opened its fashionable front doors, Caminos has decided to part with her Miami penthouse—and it looks a lot like a mini Faena Hotel. Murray Dixon, who constructed many star buildings in Miami’s Art Deco period.
