And for most Massachusetts voters waking up to election results that didn’t go their way, people may feel they need community now more than ever. Just hours after the presidential race was called Wednesday morning, declaring a second Donald Trump victory, Greater Boston restaurants took to social media to offer food and a space to come together.
Our initial round-up is below, but Boston.com is accepting other entries now through the weekend. It can be an event that’s fun, or one that’s reflective, but it must include food specials or a food discount.
E-mail [email protected] to be featured. The Cambridge restaurant is hosting a “special dinner” on Wednesday, donating its profits made from sales this evening to Planned Parenthood. Reservations are recommended, but there is space for walk-ins, and those who can’t make it on Wednesday could instead buy a gift card to the restaurant.

Bagel orders are open now for pick-up Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and some of the proceeds will go to local ve.
