" It's debatable but he's probably cycling. Queen Street has its problems and any Cardiff local will tell you that unprompted; rule-breaking cyclists are arguably the least of them. But this street has been named by American Express as the very best - after a study factoring in its variety of shops, transport links and proximity to landmarks and indoor shopping centres.
When we took a trip to Queen Street to get retailers' and shoppers' view, we were met with a few raised eyebrows and a lot of laughter.
