The Penthouse is decorated in minimalistic neutral and cream tones, but the apartment itself is anything but minimalistic.The roomThe living area has a spacious open floor plan with ample seating, including a four-person round dining table and multiple bar stools. In the mornings, sunlight streams through the sheer linen curtains and illuminates the space with a soft glow. Literally Heaven on Earth! The linen sofas and teddy bear wool armchairs are perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The living room is divided into a separate cosy entertainment nook with a Samsung Smart TV and a sliding door for privacy, making it an ideal spot for a quiet movie night. Bring in the cheese and vino, please!The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Most importantly, it includes all the necessities for cocktail making. The Penthouse is perfect for longer stays, as the convenience of the walk-in laundry and pantry has you sorted.The two bedrooms are havens of relaxation, each featuring king-sized beds with luxurious French linen bedding, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. The Penthouse has two bathrooms, an ensuite with a walk-in shower and the other with a bath, a necessity after hours on your feet.The viewsOne of the highlights of the Penthouse was the panoramic private terrace that wraps around the apartment. With outdoor seating for up to ten guests, it's perfect for hosting intimate gatherings or simply relaxing while overlooking the vibrant streets of Midtown. Mary mentioned that The Rox Penthouse is often chosen for intimate weddings and bridal parties, thanks to its breathtaking setting.Exploring Midtown from this prime location was a joy, perfect for those who partake in retail therapy and love to try new cafes. A standout was Pilgrim Coffee, where their salami sandwich is a must-try! On-site parking made it easy to venture out and explore the greater Hobart area as well.Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a family retreat, or a base to explore Hobart, this self-contained luxury rooftop terrace penthouse has it all.
