The Ritz-Carlton, Turks and Caicos, is proud to introduce Louella Brezovar-van Veen as the new general manager of their prestigious Caribbean property. Bringing over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry across diverse markets, Brezovar-van Veen will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the luxurious 147-room oceanfront resort and its 69 residences, all situated on the renowned Grace Bay Beach.

Louella Brezovar-van Veen’s impressive hospitality career has spanned from her island origins to various properties in the United States and throughout the Caribbean. For the past seven years, she has served as the Hotel Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba, where she oversaw successful renovations and maintained the hotel’s status as the only luxury-branded property on the island. Her leadership has driven notable revenue and ADR growth, alongside exceptional employee engagement and numerous other accomplishments.
