The Penguin is finally set to be released two years after the release of Matt Reeves' The Batman. Set a week after the events of The Batman, The Penguin sees Colin Farrell's Oz Cobb attempt to seize power in Gotham's criminal underworld and expand his business empire.

The unpredictable Sofia Falcone, played by Cristin Milioti, returns to Gotham and wants to pick up the Falcone criminal empire and comes to odds with The Penguin.
