Rather than a typical birthday meal, the father envisioned a culinary journey that would reflect the various stages of his daughter’s life. Anirban Dasgupta, the hotel’s executive chef, embraced this challenge and created an exquisite eight-course menu.

Each course was thoughtfully designed to symbolize a different chapter of the young woman’s journey, turning the dining experience into a heartfelt narrative filled with creativity and emotion.
