Guests enjoyed the glitz and the glamour of the Moulin Rouge as Debbie Dowie and the team at Boot out Breast Cancer put on an unforgettable night. Staged at the iconic Kimpton Clocktower Hotel, in Manchester, hundreds of guests enjoyed entertainment - which could have been straight from the Parisian club itself. Burlesque dancers to spectacular acts left guests blown away - while raising more than £70,000 in the fight against breast cancer at the charity's annual gala dinner.

Every year, the charity stages a show as one of its many fundraising events to help hospitals buy they equipment they need to detect and treat the cancer. Picture by Henry Lisowski Debbie founded the charity after fighting breast cancer 14 years ago. Fortunately it was diagnosed early and treated at Royal Bolton Hospital .

Debbie went on to make a full recovery after undergoing a mastectomy on one of her breasts and being able to have immediate reconstructive surgery because her lymph nodes were clear. Picture by Henry Lisowski Boot out Breast Cancer has raised £1.6million pounds since Debbie put on one night to raise money for the hospital which treated her - now 14 years later the charity brought the Moulin Rouge to Manchester.
