Tamaduste, a small Canary Island is one of the lesser known parts of the Canaries but has plenty of things to do and see.

The island is made up of volcanic rock and much like Tenerife it has mostly black sand beaches. The town is close to the airport on the Valverde coast. Historically it was an old sailor settlement and even today the town has a small community feel.
