As a chef, I’m looking forward to creating memorable moments in people’s lives.” Noah Gumustekin steps into a pivotal role as the culinary mastermind at The Abbey Resort & Avani Spa, where he will be at the helm of the resort’s entire food operation. His responsibilities will encompass crafting seasonal menus with locally sourced ingredients for the resort’s laid-back lakeside eateries—Waterfront Restaurant, Gazebo Grille, and Cafe Latte—as well as designing health-conscious options for the renowned Avani Spa, managing all in-room dining, and coordinating culinary aspects of banquet events.

His culinary leadership will extend to guiding a team of around 40 professionals at 240 West, the resort’s flagship dining venue. Bringing over two decades of international culinary experience, Chef Noah has earned multiple Silver Medal awards from the American Culinary Federation and has held prominent culinary management roles globally. His impressive career includes positions such as Chef de Cuisine at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in Lake Ocone.
