IT'S been three weeks since Maya Jama and Stormzy shocked the world with their bombshell split. The pair had originally fallen in love in 2014, before deciding to end their relationship in 2019. They spent four years apart, before rekindling their romance in 2023. However, their second attempt at love was short-lived, and the pair parted ways again in July 2024.

In a statement, the couple said: "We were 21 and 20 when we first met-both at the beginning of our careers-and spent five years growing together and then five years growing separately, so this final attempt required a whole lot of figuring out, relearning and unlearning. "We tried and it didn't work and that's okay." Maya has been keeping her head high since the breakup, and from presenting the Love Island final to jetting off on holiday , she has been showing that she hasn't let the split get to her.
