In response to this demand, several airlines have already increased their daily flights to accommodate the influx of tourists. Thailand’s tourism sector is experiencing a significant upswing, welcoming an impressive 17.5 million international travelers in the first half of 2024.

This marks a 35% increase compared to the same period last year, according to data from the Thai Ministry of Tourism and Sports. The country is on track to achieve its ambitious goal of attracting 36.7 million tourists by the end of the year.
