Birth: August 16, 1952 Death: August 7, 2024 Terrence ‘Terry’ Reed died peacefully on August 7th, 2024 in Phoenix, AZ at the age of 71 with his beloved daughter by his side. Terry was born on August 16th, 1952 to Richard and Ruth (nee Baumhardt) Reed of Vermilion, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his loving and devoted wife Patricia Reed in 2009, mother Ruth Reed (nee Baumhardt) in 1992, father Richard Reed in 2010, and brother Larry Reed in 2011.
He is survived by his daughter Angela (Reed-Difilippo) and his two grandchildren Ava and Anthony who he thought the world of. He is also survived by his brother Denny (Nadine) Reed and 3 stepchildren Jenny, Steve, and Dan Meyer who he loved like his own.Terry was a kind and generous person to all who knew him.
He was a bricklayer, skilled carpenter, and worked many years as an account manager for Lesco and as vice president of National Industrial Lumber. He was an avid historian and trivia expert. He was also a gifted writer and singer and loved The Beatles, Frank Sinatra, and Louis Armstrong.
He was a natural storyteller who could make others laugh without trying. He loved all animals, especially dogs.Terry could build a house from the ground up and was skilled in all trades from cement and brick laying to electrical, wood working, and plumbing.
