A lawsuit filed in federal court alleges that Tekashi beat, drugged and stole from Diaz, per Rolling Stone .

The listed causes of action in the suit are nonconsensual pornography, battery, fraud and intentional infliction of emotional distress. “Defendant has waged an appalling campaign of abuse against her – seeking to dominate, control, and harm her; alienate her from her family and friends; and rob her of hundreds of thousands of dollars of her hard-earned money,” the suit says. Diaz is seeking at least $1 million in damages.

Diaz has claimed that she ended her relationship with the rapper after discovering the alleged theft. The suit claims that, in retaliation, Tekashi posted “private, intimate, and sexually explicit videos and photographs of Plaintiff” on Twitter/X. The videos were then removed by Diaz’s management but were allegedly posted again by Tekashi before being removed a second time.
