Those were simpler times. That year marked a life-changing moment for Omar Samuel Pasley, better known as Omi, a Jamaican police officer turned global music sensation.

His track "Cheerleader" was originally released in November 2014, but it skyrocketed to fame after Felix Jaehn remixed it in 2015, earning five platinum certifications. Not only did Omi enjoy the success of a worldwide hit, but he also had the privilege of performing alongside billionaire pop icon Taylor Swift and hanging out with her on her private jet after the show. Now, as the 37-year-old artist celebrates a decade since his chart-topping song, he reflects on sharing the stage with Swift as a "great honour".

Taylor is currently on her record-breaking Eras tour, which will bring her back to London on August 15, 16, 17, 19 and 20 - and people have been going wild for it on social media. After her gig in Wembley in June, Taylor herself tweeted a picture of herself, her boyfriend Travis Kelce, Prince William and Prince.
