Taylor Swift brought a surprise delight to fans at Wembley Stadium on Thursday night. Thursday, August 15, as she continued her Eras Tour, introducing "best friend" Ed Sheeran during the acoustic segment of her performance. The 34 year old Grammy-winner surprised Swifties, bringing out Ed Sheeran to co-perform during the show's acoustic part, joining her for an impromptu mashup on stage.

While playing Everything Has Changed, which features Sheeran's songwriting prowess, Taylor suddenly restarted the tune as the 33 year old redhead appeared for a mash-up that included their hit End Game and his chart-topping single Thinking Out Loud. Taylor joyously commented after the performance, "That was so fun, I had such a good time." The extensive setlist, keeping fans on their feet for more than three hours, spanned Swift's career with songs like Cruel Summer, Blank Space, Style, Anti-Hero, and Shake It Off.

The event followed a sombre backdrop: the tragic killing of three young fans at a Taylor-themed dance session in Southport, and the cancellation last week of Swifts Vienna gigs due to a thwarted terrorist threat.
