Fans have been anticipating the announcement about the release of the new version of Taylor's album Reputation, after she decided to re-record all her music. She has so far released a number of new versions of her albums, with Reputation likely next on the agenda.

As fans tuned into the Olympics Closing Ceremony this evening, some viewers were convinced the staging was a nod to Taylor's potential new album - and begged for the star to appear at the ceremony.
