An ISIS-linked plot to attack a Taylor Swift concert in Vienna, Austria has been narrowly foiled by police. Two suspects — a 19-year-old along with another man – were arrested Wednesday after police raided one of their homes and found various chemicals and substances, according to the Austrian outlet Kronen Zeitung. The pair were allegedly targeting Swift’s concerts at Vienna’s Ernst Happel Stadium, which she is scheduled for Thursday through Saturday night.
