Mark Owen has shared the secret behind his six-month transformation ahead of Take That's tour. The singer, 52, was praised for his youthful looks and was branded "30 years younger" following his recent TV appearance. He has ditched his long hair and moustache for a look more reminiscent of the band's 90s heyday.
Mark has managed to turn back to clock with his appearance, leaving Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway viewers full of praise. Mark headed to Los Angeles, where he trained at Ultimate Performance gym to get in shape for his upcoming UK tour.
He has been filmed showing off his buff physique after working on bench presses, lunges and sit ups. Mark insisted it hasn't been easy and has found the work "pretty tough". However, the singer shared how he feels "stronger" and can feel his body "vibrating" when working out.
" I feel stronger. I can feel my body vibrating - that's the sign that it's working . I thought I was quite fit until I came here," Mark confessed.
