Vadodara: The core committee of the Gujarat State Table Tennis Association (GSTTA) has appointed Jaya Thakkar as senior vice-president of the GSTTA , while Kalpesh Thakkar has been appointed as GSTTA’s senior joint secretary as well as chairman of the para committee of Gujarat. The decision was taken during the recently held annual general meeting of the GSTTA. Jaya Thakkar is currently the president of the Table Tennis Association of Baroda (TTAB), and Kalpesh Thakkar is the secretary of TTAB.
Jityang Bhatt, treasurer of TTAB, has been appointed as a member of the technical committee and para committee, while Malay Parikh has been appointed as a member of the selection committee. Candidates might still be eligible in other categories except those failing Class XII or NEET.
