Taapsee Pannu posts a playful comment on husband Mathias Boe’s retirement: “I need to come back home from work every day to ready dinner”

Taapsee Pannu's husband, Mathias Boe, has lately announced his retirement from badminton coaching. Mathias wrote an emotional statement for his players Chirag Shetty and Satwiksai Raj Rankireddy, who just competed in the 2024 Paris Olympics. He wrote, “Coaching days end here” and as he’s a “tired old man” now. However, everyone’s attention was drawn to Taapsee Pannu’s reply.She took to comments section and wrote, “But also now you are a married man. U need to take a step back. I need to come back home from work every day to ready dinner and cleaning in order. So chop chop.”Taapsee Pannu is happily married to Mathias Boe, a Danish badminton player. The couple got married in March of this year. Despite being together for years during their courtship, Taapsee and Mathias have been rarely photographed together. The actress had recently spoken out about how people are unaware of her husband's achievements, claiming that they are not generally appreciated in India. This is the guy who is probably one of the biggest achievers in badminton in the world and right now probably responsible for where our men’s badminton doubles have reached.”Taapsee Pannu continued, “People have not really been interested in knowing about him. I have never hidden him. He is very much visible, and he is a tall, well-built man, he shines with his white skin.”Mathias Boe is a well-known figure in the badminton community. He has elevated Indian badminton to new heights by playing an important role as coach for the Indian national team in men’s doubles. He has helped players such as Satwiksai Raj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty achieve success in numerous events.Taapsee Pannu is enjoying her new married life and is looking forward to the release of Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba. The sequel to the 2021 movie Haseen Dilruba, which will be released on Netflix on August 9, has Vikrant Massey, Sunny Kaushal, and Jimmy Shergill in pivotal roles. Aside from the romantic thriller, Taapsee also stars in Khel Khel Mein, along with Akshay Kumar, Vaani Kapoor, Ammy Virk, and Fardeen Khan.
