These voyages, hosted aboard the luxurious designer ships SH Diana and SH Vega, promise an unparalleled culinary journey that will feature different internationally acclaimed chefs on each voyage. Each exclusive Maris voyage will showcase the culinary artistry of one of the renowned chefs from the JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs, all of whom are rising stars under the age of 40 and have garnered international accolades, including Michelin stars.

For the 2025 season, Maris offers a selection of ten expertly curated cruises spanning the Arctic, Europe, and the Mediterranean, with nine voyages aboard SH Diana and one aboard SH Vega. Each cruise will provide a unique experience of exceptional fine dining and cultural discovery. On each Maris voyage, the featured chef will prepare a different signature dish every night, delighting guests with their creativity and expertise.
