Sven-Goran Eriksson's new documentary contains plenty of football chat - but another great passion of his will naturally get a mention. The Swedish ladies' man carved a name for himself in football history as England's first foreign manager, working with legends such as David Beckham and Wayne Rooney . However, his at-times scandalous personal life generated as many headlines as his managerial prowess.

Now 76, and facing a devastating terminal pancreatic cancer diagnosis, Sven reflects upon his life in this eagerly-awaited Amazon sporting doc, which releases today, opening up about his affairs with TV star Ulrika Jonsson and secretary Faria Alam. The trysts occurred between the years 2001 and 2006 when the then-England manager was in a relationship wih feisty Italian-American lawyer and media personality, Nancy Dell'Olio - ie the former 'First Lady of football'. Although the couple initially tried to move past Sven's infidelities, they ended up parting ways in 2007 - ending one of the most prominent power couple relationships of the Noughties.

Commenting on the scandal in the documentary, Sven admitted that he had made 'stupid' decisions. However, he also insisted that sex should be something to celebrate, emphasising that he didn't do anything 'criminal'. He said: "Sex is one of the good things in life for all of us.

She was not married. I was not married. Probably I was stupid but I think I didn't do anything criminal.

I didn't really disturb anyone." Nancy also looks back .
