It’s almost time to welcome in winter with a bang this year, and appreciate some of Surrey’s best firework displays. The ceremony is hundreds of years old and is beloved by many of us in the UK. While evenings draw out and everything can feel gloomy, a night of illumination is always something to look forward to.
Given that Surrey has plenty of green space, with golf courses and race tracks, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy a bright and vibrant display. Many appear to be organised across the week of Halloween and a couple of days after. Bonfire Night or Guy Fawkes Night as it is also known, falls on a Tuesday this year, so expect many to be organised for either November 2 or October 26.
