The Washington, D.C., home owned by has sold for over its asking price in a multimillion-dollar deal.

The property was first listed on the market for $2.5 million in April, but its final deal saw the home purchased for $2.6 million.

When Jackson originally bought the home in 2013, she only paid just under $1.9 million, meaning she made more than $700,000 in the sale. The D.

C. property spans 6,129 square feet and has six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

When the home initially hit the market, its listing said it had "all the bells and whistles, nothing missing!" While the house includes many amenities that make it a likely top seller, some of the interest in the home might also be related to the fact that Jackson was its owner, experts say. "There is no doubt this home was beautiful and very spacious, but we cannot ignore the fact that it was owned by a Justice," Kevin Thompson, a finance expert and the founder and CEO of 9i Capital Group, told The roomy home boasts a living room, den, library and deck with a built-in barbecue. The house was originally built in 2005 and is described as "Colonial" style with crown molding and a gas fireplace.

The home also features large windows, a sound system, hardwood floors, two Wolf ovens and a wine fridge. There's a master room as well as three bedrooms on the second floor. In the top floor, there is a loft bed and bath space.

The basement also includes a "fitness studio" and "crafts room" alongside a sixth bedroom. There's also a two-car gara.
