This year's festival brings a fresh twist with local partnerships and unique experiences for visitors. Festival-goers can stroll through golden sunflower fields, pick their own flowers and capture stunning photos — and for any budding photographers, besides admission there is no additional cost to take pictures on-site. People can take blooms home with several U-pick options from $3 for a single stem to $50 pails that allow pickers to fit as many stems as they can into their bucket.

"We are so excited to be back after a year of challenging weather and can't wait to share our flowers with the community," said Alexis Szarek, founder of Bloom Flower Festivals. "This year’s festival is all about creating magical moments and celebrating the beauty of sunflowers with our friends, family, and visitors." Fridays at the sunflower fields are free for children under 15.
