They say if you look good, you feel good. If that’s the case, plenty of people should feel good Saturday, Oct. 12 at the Styles Beyond Stereotypes fashion show.
The show starts at 6 p.m. at the Aims Community College Welcome Center, 4901 W.
20th St., Greeley. The Arc of Northeast Weld County, formerly known as the Arc of Weld County, will host the event “to spotlight the often overlooked abilities and unique personalities of individuals living with disabilities,” according to the event website.
Fashion designers Ryland Alms and Brittany Gierhart are creating fashionable looks from materials from the Arc Thrift Store for the participants. The event also benefits and funds life-changing programs that promote inclusion, respect and opportunity for people with disabilities.
