” Mix it up: “Dancing is obviously my number one choice when it comes to exercise. It’s a great way to get a cardio and weight-bearing workout,” says Dianne. “But I combine it with weight training for muscle strengthening.

“For me, strength training helps keep me moving well by supporting bone density, and helps me dance for longer. Sticking to the same routine can become tiresome and boring after a while, so to stay motivated I make sure I keep changing things up. “I vary my weekly workout regime by incorporating hot yoga and pilates, and love going on long hikes with my family and friends.
