As BBC's hit show gears up for its 20th-anniversary celebrations next month, fans have been reliving unearthed moments from the first series which includes Craig alongside his fellow original judges; Arlene Phillips, Bruno Tonioli and the late Len Goodman. During an interview on Zoe Ball's BBC Radio 2 Breakfast Show this week, stand-in host Scott Mills mentioned that those early episodes were streaming again, which prompted Craig to respond: "That really bothers me, I want that taken down dear!" Humorously reminiscing about his fashion choice back then, he added: "20 years ago.

Can you believe it? I was in a terrible cheap suit that I got from Oxfam." Additionally, Craig quipped about the cramped conditions on the judging panel and the not-so-good quality of dancing at the time. The judge believes dancing standards have since improved following Jill Halfpenny's impressive Jive back in 2004.
