GMB: Les Dennis on Strictly and how the pros really want to win Strictly Come Dancing star Les Dennis has opened up on his time on the hit BBC show following the recent scandal. The 70-year-old appeared on ITV's Good Morning Britain to discuss his latest role in Ghost The Musical with hosts Richard Madeley and Trisha Goddard. But while discussing his career, the presenters also touched upon Les' appearance on Strictly.

Les had a short stint on the dance show last year and was paired with pro Nancy Xu. Unfortunately, Les became the first contestant to leave the competition after receiving the fewest votes in the public polls. Nevertheless, Richard still wanted to delve deep to discover what his overall experience was like.

He asked: "What was the atmosphere like when you were there? It was only a year ago, you've seen all these stories, all these allegations, did you see anything at all?"
