The pro dancer, who met her fiancé and former rugby player Ben Cohen on the BBC show, also admitted she 'pushes' their daughter, Mila to do her best. Kristina, 47, who left Strictly in 2015, was partnered with Ben, 45, for the 11th series of the Glitzy show and their romance quickly blossomed .

In 2016, Kristina and Ben welcomed their first child, Mila and in 2022 got engaged during a luxurious getaway in the Maldives. At just eight years old it seems that their daughter is following in Kristina's footsteps, striving for success as a dancer. In August, Mila won the award for Juvenile Ballroom & Latin Soloist Of The Year and at another event, danced a whopping 140 dances over 12 hours.

Kristina, a Russian professional ballroom dancer, spoke to Closer magazine and revealed Mila danced from around 8am to 8pm with little breaks. The proud mum shared: "She was incredible and had around 140 dances. I did feel a bit of guilt as a dance mum, pushing her to dance for 12 hours, but she was fine.
