Stree 2 was one of the most highly anticipated films of the year, and it certainly impressed fans, making them feel that the wait was worth it. Now, actor-politician Kangana Ranaut has taken to her Instagram to praise Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao’s film.
The Emergency actress expressed that Stree 2 in India doesn’t receive ‘enough credit or appreciation’ for directors. Sharing an Instagram story, Kangana said, “The movie Stree has shattered all records. Congratulations to the entire team, but the real hero of a film is the director.
In India, we don’t give enough credit or appreciation to directors, which is why not many youngsters want to be writers or directors. Everyone who seeks a career in films and meets me for guidance wants to be either an actor or a superstar. Who will make movies if everyone becomes an actor? Think about it!” She added, “So please learn the names of all the good directors who do so much to entertain and engage you, and please follow them as well.
