A stately two-and-a-half storey home at 150 Canora St. in Wolseley is one of those homes, says Eric Neumann of Real Brokers. “The first thing to note about it is that it sits on an oversized 45-foot by 118-foot corner lot, which was huge for a home that was built back in 1913,” he says.
