Starring in the hotly-anticipated series is Lola Petticrew, known for her role in Bloodlands, who will take on the role of Cushla. The Gold and Weekend's Tom Cullen will play Michael, with Sex Education's Gillian Anderson cast as Cushla's mother, Gina, reports the Mirror .

Worlds apart, Cushla knows a relationship like this spells all kinds of trouble, but they are irresistibly drawn to one another.

"In a place where loose lips cost lives and danger lurks in the shadows, amidst the fear and paranoia, this illicit affair between Cushla and Michael ignites and burns bright." Screenwriter, Ailbhe Keogan expressed her excitement, stati.
