The “Star Wars” gaming license has broken free of EA, best demonstrated with Ubisoft’s AAA title “Star Wars Outlaws” releasing this coming Friday. Now the verdict is in and with 61 reviews counted on , the film stands at 77/100. Compared to other “Star Wars” games of recent years, that’s behind “Jedi: Fallen Order” (79/100), “Squadrons” (79) and “Jedi: Survivor” (85), but above the two modern ‘Battlefront’ games (73 & 68 respectively).

Of the 61 reviews, only one is outright negative with another 12 mixed and 48 positive – albeit a number of soft positives. Essentially the final score is on par with mid-range “Assassin’s Creed” titles like ‘Syndicate’ and ‘Mirage’.
