Stacey Solomon has been supported by her fans after posting a holiday photo, which has caused uproar. The mum-of-five, 34, and husband, Joe Swash , 42, have taken their brood for some fun in the sun and shared a snap of the family, beaming, about to board the plane. However, rather than wish the Solomon-Swash clan 'Bon voyage', some fans have criticised the couple for not including Joe's son Harry, 17.
Joe shares his son with his ex Emma Sophocleous and sometimes posts photos of him on Instagram . However, some of the EastEnders star's followers demanded to know why the teen wasn't with his dad and half-siblings for their latest getaway, prompting Stacey's fans to leap to his defence. One commented: "Doesn’t anyone come straight to the comments to see the pathetic comments like: 'Are you not taking Joe's other son?' Get over it.
He’s 17 now and probably has his own stuff going on." Another agreed, adding: "They've said a million times he just isn't in pics, but does go to things." Stacey previously responded to comments about Harry being absent from her social media photos.
Trying to explain her family dynamic, she said: "Publicly that’s not something that I can do and I totally respect that. We respect everyone’s wishes, we’re a blended family and sometimes that’s a bit more complicated than it seems. I don’t know if that’s the best way to explain it!" While he tends to keep his eldest out of the spotlight, Joe shared a photo with Harry last month.
