Kanpur: Samajwadi Party veteran and MP Ram Gopal Yadav courted a controversy on Monday when he allegedly used a derogatory word in reference to the CJI DY Chandrachud when he was asked to comment on the latter's remarks on the landmark Ram Temple judgment, reports Faiz Siddiqui. Shortly afterwards, Ram Gopal denied having made any comment on CJI. The Rajya Sabha MP maintained that no questions were asked about the CJI or judiciary and that he did not make any comments on the matter.
