Tributes are being paid to a mum-of-three who died in Spain after falling ill on a family holiday. Regina Cullinane, aged 40 and from Donoughmore, was on the first day of her trip when she suddenly fell ill on Tuesday. The local community has been left heartbroken and are pulling together to support the devastated family, who are making arrangements to bring her home, Cork Beo reports .

A fundraiser has been launched to help with the cost of repatriating her, which has already raised thousands in donations. Local parish Facebook page Donoughmore Diary announced the sad news of her death, saying: "Tragic news in Donoughmore that a young local lady, Gina Cullinane, has passed away unexpectedly in Spain.
