Prayagraj : In view of errors reported in students' names, fathers' names, subjects, etc while filling forms, the UP Board is preparing to upload the details of all students registered in classes 9 and 11 on the website of the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Board for the first time. This would help students check their details from anywhere and get the discrepancies corrected through the schools. Currently, there is a system to show the details of the students through the schools only.

But since the details are not shown to all students, errors remain, for which they have to make rounds of the board's regional offices to get them corrected. With the new system, errors can be minimized. A total of 54,31,685 students were registered in classes 9 and 11 this session.

During registration, a large number of errors occur in the spelling of the students' and their fathers' names. Apart from this, errors also occur in the subjects and their gender. As per the rules, there is a system for the schools to match the details of the students with their records, but as this work is seldom done with full alertness, errors remain.
