Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya have started a new chapter in their lives. After keeping their relationship hush-hush for years, the couple got engaged on August 8. While Sobhita was a dream bride-to-be in a Manish Malhotra-tailored Uppada silk saree , it was her clean-girl beauty glam that was the cherry on the cake.

For the special day, Sobhita went with a dewy base that took her flawless radiance to another level. She dabbed some subtle blush on the high points of her cheeks enhancing her facial features. A light pink lip shade amplified her look manifold.

For the eyes, the Night Manager actress went with a stroke of intense kajal on the waterline and a classic eyeliner. Wispy lashes coated with mascara and with were her well-brushed brows sealed her picture-perfect engagement makeup. There is a cultural reference for the choice of her hairstyle as well. The star who chooses to remain rooted in traditions went the same route for her engagement. The Kanakaambaram is a local temple flower commonly worn in the hair of Telugu women.

The aim was to match the colours of the flowers in her hair and the colour of the eternal lotus or the Padmam to her saree. In inclusion to the flowers, the actress also picked a Jada or hair jeweller.
