Six lovely pooches currently in the care of Animal Rescue Cumbria are ready for rehoming. Animal Rescue Cumbria and The Wainwright Shelter take in, rehabilitate and rehome 350 cats and dogs every year. Once a dog has been assessed by the animal care team, they can be advertised for adoption.

NOVA is a 15-month-old Shar Pei Cross. She is described as a very sweet and affectionate girl, who loves to be around people. (Image: Animal Rescue Cumbria) Nova is a playful girl who would love to find a family who will be around lots of the time.

She could live with older children and can be walked with other dogs but would like to be the only pet in the home. Nova enjoys going for walks and would like her new home to have a secure garden she can explore. TEDDY is an 18-month-old Lurcher.

Teddy is looking for an understanding owner who can continue his training. He could live with older children but would like to be the only pet in the household.
