Like everyone else, USA Gymnastics star Simone Biles has bad days as well. In fact, given her popularity, it might be even more frequent since there are those who criticize her or find fault in whatever she's doing. Despite that, however, Biles always pushes through no matter how ugly a day gets.

Fortunately for her, she has a support system that she can lean on every time things get tough for her. Biles shared as much in a recent interview with former USA Gymnastics teammate Aly Raisman when asked how she gets through the hard days. According to the 27-year-old sporting icon, she has a "really good support system" surrounding her.

"I think it always falls back on your support system," Biles shared. "They're with you through your highs and your lows, and somebody you can lean on. So I have a really good support system surrounding me.

Biles added, "So if I ever have a bad day, or even have a good day and just want to cheer up some more, those are my people. That's who I can go to. And that's why I am so successful on and off the floor.
