Sherpa Property Group has begun demolition of the 1710sq m Aroona Marina site on Stanhill Drive to make way for the 10-unit boutique Perspective Helm project. Its units, which will include a pair of two-storey penthouses, start from $3.7m and go as high as $10m.

Picture: Supplied Sherpa Property Group general manager Daniel Clarke said Gold Coast company LPS Group had been appointed to build the project, which is earmarked for a November 2025 opening. “This launch represents a strategic move for Sherpa Property Group, underscoring our commitment to delivering high-calibre projects in prime locations,” he said.
